Healthy Bun's Journal!

Easter and Health paw in paw

Current Mood: bouncy

Just got back from my Bunnercise workout and I feel great! Working out and eating healthy really helps my energy levels. It also helps me keep a positive attitude. For anyone who wants to join me, I go to Bunnercise 3 times a week, Monday, Wednesday and Friday after work. Standing in the factories all day can really make my body tired. But working out helps to energize my body and my mind!
Well I'm off to make a healthy dinner of carrots and lettuce! Yum! Yum!

Easy ways to stay healthy during the Easter Season:
-Eat sugar free candies.
-Only eat one or two pieces of candy each day.
-Take the stairs instead of the elevator.
-Go for long hops with friends after dinner.

Another Healthy Option @ 10:42 pm

For those Easter Bunnies who've gained too much weight in the years of eating candy, get involved with your union, Easter Bunnies for Unionization. Protesting, running around and putting up fliers, and other activities are great ways to get back into shape. So do it, Bunnies and Cottontails--jump, hop, and run your way to health!

Bunnies in Film @ 10:40 pm

I just found this Bunny: http://nixthebunny.livejournal.com/ who's making films. That's a healthy outlet! Let's all learn a lesson from this Bunny, and that lesson is don't eat fat, make art!

Another Buster, Unhealthy Easter @ 10:28 pm

Easter was once again a festival of fat. With growing child and adult obesity rates, we as Easter Bunnies have an ethical obligation to promote good health. I mean, we're bunnies, right? We're the picture of happy, exercising, health, with carrots and celery. We should use that image to fight for healthy adults, healthy kids, and overall good health.

This past Easter was a loss, but we can mobilize now for the next one!

Also, remember, Easter Bunnies for Unionization because you are your union!

First Entry @ 03:38 pm

I'm just learning to use this. I generally prefer to be outdoors instead of in front of a computer, but DEBA's rules mean I can't talk about my beliefs in public without fear of reprisal.

I'm so excited to be breaking the rules for a good cause, and health is a great cause!

Remember, health and Easter go together paw in paw!

Oh, I wonder who Gloom Bunny really is--I think I know this Bunny from work! I don't think this Bunny would be as gloomy if this cottontail learned to hop around for health more often!
